Autumn Recruitment 2012
This recruitment stage was a very remarkable one. This time AIESEC Azerbaijan managed to attract the
maximum quantity of people for its history – 440 new members. Besides this, the Recruitment stage
was a very good possibility for the members of the last 4th generation to work on the project for the first time, what they successfully did.
Local Motivation Seminar
In 2012, on 14-16 September, the first time in AIESEC Azerbaijan, Local Motivation Seminar took place in Nabran. Local Motivation Seminar is a conference before recruitment in order to motivate members for new season in AIESEC. During 3 days conference, delegates had trainings about “New Projects in AIESEC”, “AIESEC Plans”, “Motivation” and so on
The aim of the training was to provide the AIESEC members with
the skills and knowledge to present effective and interactive
trainings.The first day of the training was devoted to theoretical
knowledge. Participant got information about what is training itself, how trainer should act and look in front of the audience, how to deal with difficult participants, which materials can be used during the training and other tips and trick.
The second day was all about practicing. The participants were divided in to the trainer-couples and each of them was getting interesting topics to present in front of the audience. After each simulation the future trainers were getting feedbacks and advices from their colleagues.
On the whole the trainings can be considered successful, trainers and the participants were satisfied.

And this future trainers can`t wait to apply their knowledge during the induction and conference trainings.

Train the trainers
On 13th and 14th of October in AIESEC Azerbaijan was held a two-days training called “Train the trainers”.
My AIESEC experience : The way from Changes to Dreams, and all in between.
